Het suikerriet saladebakje is geschikt voor bijvoorbeeld het verpakken van een salade of bijgerecht. Het bakje is af te sluiten met een los verkrijgbare deksel, deze is te vinden in de verwante artikelen.
Bij de productie van rietsuiker ontstaan grote hoeveelheden restmateriaal genaamd “bagasse”. Deze overblijfselen zouden zijn afgebrand maar worden nu gebruikt als natuurlijke grondstof voor de productie van Natureko’s suikerriet producten. Suikerriet artikelen zijn gecertificeerd volgens de Europese norm EN13432 wat staat voor industriële composteerbaarheid. Hierdoor mag het OK compost en kiemplant logo gedragen worden.
