During the order process you will have the possibility to select a desired delivery date. Orders placed before 15:30 will be shipped the same day, expected to be delivered the next business day (monday to saturday). Note: we and our transport partners are trying the best to deliver your order as fast as possible, but we can't guarantee deliveries on the next day. When our transporter can't deliver on the expected time and day, they will try to deliver the next business day. Orders will be handed over at 17:00 to our transport partners, from this time you should receive an email with the track & trace information.
Shipping costs
The shipment costs are €6,99 (excl. VAT, orders until €150) or €12,99 (excl. VAT) for orders below €300,- (excl. VAT) with a delivery adress in the Netherlands, shipping costs for orders below €300,- (excl. VAT) delivered in Belgium are €9,99 (excl. VAT, orders until €150) or €14,99 (excl. VAT, orders until €300). Orders shipped to another country are priced ex works, orders must be picked-up at our wharehouse with own transport arrangement or can be shipped, please contact our customer support for pricing. If you want to receive your order on a specific day or time window, extra costs might be charged. Please contact our customer support.
We offer free shipping to adresses in the Netherlands and Belgium from €300,- (excl. VAT).
Minimum order amount of €25,-
We use a minimum order amount of €25,- (excl. VAT and shipping costs. By using a minimum order amount we avoid orders that we have to ship with only a single product, in this way we handle shipments more sustainably.
Delivery
The day before delivery, you will receive a track and trace email around 17:00 to stay updated about your delivery. In this email you will find an estimated delivery time window. We can't guarantee that your order will be delivered on schedule, unfortunately it happens that deliveries are delayed. If you would like to receive your order before or after a specific time, please contact our customer care for possibilities. We might have to charge some extra shipping cost.
It is possible to pick-up your order at our wharehouse at Waddinxveen. In the order process you can select the option 'pick-up', shipping costs will not be charged. The payment needs to be in front via our online payment options. Natureko has an office and wharehouse at Waddinxveen, there is no store. We do have a showroom, but please contact us if you would like to see our products in the showroom. We will make sure one of us can show you around with a nice cup of coffee and provide all the information needed.
